How soon will my order ship?
Every order is handcrafted fresh and ships within 1–3 days. Need it sooner? Add the express delivery upgrade in your order. Delivery is free for orders from $100.
What are your treats made of?
Only natural ingredients, with no added sugar, preservatives, or artificial flavors or colors. All of our products are vegan, gluten-free, raw, dairy-free, soy-free, refined sugar free, paleo and Whole 30 friendly. You will find the full ingredient list for every flavor on this page.
Can I return my order?
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date for items that are unused, in their original condition and in the original packaging. Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned. To start a return, email us your order number and the reason for the return.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your returned item and go back to your original payment method. Shipping costs are not refundable.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Send us a photo and your order number within 48 hours of delivery and we will ship a replacement right away.
